Description

Class 3- Flammable liquids produce vapor that can be ignited in air on contact with a suitable ignition source. By definition these must have a flash point of less than or equal to 60.5 degrees Celsius. The flash point is the temperature at which a liquid can produce enough vapor to ignite in the presence of an appropriate ignition source. Examples include: unleaded petrol (ULP), xylene, kerosene, acetone.
